Still Sick, but …
I may be feeling a bit better than I did yesterday. Crossing fingers, and sick of being sick.

Curses.
I’m closing in on finishing my iPhone app. I’m starting to feel the “go fever.” I still took time to go for a ride today. It was very breezy, and the ride out was much tougher than the ride back. I almost sailed home. Had a nice stretch. One more demo of some existing software products tomorrow, and then I’m going to let “go fever” take over until the iPhone app is done!
Drizzly, breezy and cold. Perfect programming weather. Ok for biking, but I had a time convincing myself to go through the process of dressing for the weather. Once I got at it though everything was great and I had a wonderful ride. This week I’m focusing on some product demos. Fun to get out and about.
Simply cyclrific! My Rush is quiet like the ninja now. Feels solid again! The new bottom bracket, and locking up the rear cog really did the trick. I had a great stretch in West Falls Church today, along with busting out some reps with the pullups, and pushups. Nice and cool out! Speaking of cool, dig this cycling artwork …
I took out the Rush with its new bottom bracket today and put the Hammer of Thor to the pedals, and not a peep! Awesome. I rode very hard out to West Falls Church. A skater on the trail cut into the inside lane coming out of one of the tunnels and collided with a cyclist. The cyclist was pissed (rightly so). The new bracket.
Cool day out, breezy, warm(ish), and drizzly. Perfect riding weather. I took the Rush out for a nice long ride. Had a great stretch. After my ride I took the Rush into Spokes in Alexandria and had a new bottom bracket installed. I haven’t really stressed it yet, but it seems like it has resolved the creaking when I ride hard up and down hills, and skid. Take a look at the bad penny …
Fixie Ryder’s site is one year old. I’ve had a lot of fun posting pictures from my riding, and from around the web. I’ve learned a lot about how to produce and post movies, pictures, and other media. Since April I’ve been riding most every day. Sometimes hard, sometimes goofing around, always fun. I went for a shorty today because I was very sore, and to boot had a sinus headache. Looking forward to the next year of rydin’!!
